We are partnered with a leading Australian CDMO specialising in nucleic acid products, to support their recruitment for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee an infrastructure project and manage client engagements in mRNA manufacturing.
About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of mRNA therapeutics and to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of medicine in Australia. Reporting directly to the Manager, this role will responsible for driving the project forward by planning and executing it's infrastructure and clinical management.
Key Responsibilities - Lead planning and execution of mRNA-LNP manufacturing infrastructure projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and risks for capital projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for client manufacturing projects.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination to meet client expectations.
- Track project KPIs and support new client onboarding.
About You - Bachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' project management experience in biotech, pharma, or CDMO settings.
- Familiarity with GMP environments and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Full working rights in Australia
Desirable - Experience with mRNA or LNP manufacturing technologies.
- Experience managing government-funded projects.
- Understanding of CDMO business models.
