About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role will work closely with the team on a national and local level to support clients in the WA region. This role will involve close collaboration with medical practitioners, laboratory managers, and scientists to deliver support regarding point-of-care instruments and consumables.
Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and meet budget expectations
- Pursue and develop relationships, and business in WA - regional areas especially in private and public hospitals & in pathology
- Execute and develop business development plans to support clients in the territory
- Build and establish key relationships with key opinion leaders across the territory by having face-to-face meetings, calls etc.
- Problem-solve, promote the brand and deliver to customers
About You: This role will require pace, confidence and experience to build and develop business in the region and grow the market share.
To be considered for this role, - Tertiary qualifications in a science-related discipline - Medical Science, Public Health or related areas.
- Proven ability to understand and execute sales concepts and practices
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role specifically working with immunoassay equipment or point of diagnostics.
- Strong organisational and multidisciplinary skills
