Customer Operations Manager - Animal Health (Part-Time)

The Company 

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Customer Operations Manager to join a dynamic and growing animal health laboratory in Brisbane. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence and exceptional client service.

About the Role:

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive the operational and client service functions that support the delivery of high-quality laboratory outcomes. Working closely with internal teams across executive, commercial, and operational areas, you'll help implement practical solutions, strengthen client relationships, and ensure streamlined day-to-day operations. The role will be a part time opportunity working 30 hours per week ideally 6 hours / 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement initiatives and respond to customer priorities
  • Oversee logistics, supply chain, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise business administration systems to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Manage administrative and customer-facing operations
  • Align operational activities with regulatory and business standards
  • Work closely with the CEO/GM and Laboratory Manager on strategic goals
About You:

You bring a strong blend of customer service, operational expertise, and team leadership. You're solutions-focused, confident working across multiple functions, and comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have some previous expereince in the animal health industry.
