KE Select has exclusively partnered with Specialty Probiotics Australia to support the scale up of their team. Based in Ormeau, the Queensland facility will be producing world-class probiotic ingredients and products. Specialty Probiotics Australia aims to turn probiotic ideas into reality for their customers, providing solutions from formulation through to manufacturing.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to join the team at Specialty Probiotics Australia. You will be responsible for managing all their documentation ensuring compliance in a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Issue and Manage GMP Documents: Oversee the issuance of various documents including SOPs, standard forms, specifications, and records.
- Document Maintenance: Ensure all documents (both paper-based and electronic) are kept up to date and accessible on-site.
- Archiving: Properly archive documents that are no longer needed while adhering to retention and destruction requirements as per SPA regulations.
- Access Provision: Provide timely access to documents upon request, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Digital Management: Scan and upload digital versions of physical documents to our management system.
- Template Management: Create and edit document templates for consistent documentation practices.
- Sensitive Documentation Control: Manage other commercially sensitive documents with the utmost discretion.
- Training: Provide relevant training to operational personnel on document control procedures when needed.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in document control, preferably within a GMP environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in document management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have own transport - car parking available on site
- Pharmceutical industry experience highly preferred
