Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier to the global clinical diagnostics and pathology industry. With equipment, automation and software at the forefront of cancer diagnosis, they are a market leading brand with an excellent reputation. They are looking for their new Field Service Engineer to join their ANZ team in Brisbane, QLD to support their Clinical Diagnostic systems across a Brisbane/Gold Coast territory.
Key Responsibilities - Install, service and maintain diagnostic instruments and automation
- Support key customers across pathology and diagnostic laboratories
- Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customer’s needs
- Support customers across academia, environmental, pharmaceutical and clinical market segments
- Support other states / territories where required.
About you - Must have Field Service Engineer experience (Biomedical, Clinical Diagnostics, Life Science)
- Previous experience with Histology instruments, Tissue processers, or digital pathology highly advantageous
- A current QLD Restricted Electrical License, National Police Check and Working With Children Permits.
- Impressive Technical competence and demonstrable hand tool skills, strong Mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to embrace the unknown.
- Must be physically able to perform tasks required in installing, repairing and servicing instrumentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with both written and verbal communication.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s licence.
- Should have Induction (White) Card
- Must be willing to travel interstate and/or overseas if required.
