About the role As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join the Brisbane-based team. You’ll be supporting cutting-edge mobile C-arm imaging systems, providing installation, servicing, and technical expertise directly to medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities - Perform service, maintenance, and repair of mobile C-arm imaging systems
- Liaise with hospital personnel including Theatre Managers, Surgeons, Radiologists, and Biomedical Engineers
- Provide remote support and field visits, including occasional interstate travel
- Prepare accurate service reports and documentation
- Undertake OEM training (including overseas where required)
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative head office team
About You - Qualifications in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 2+ years’ experience in a field service/technical support role
- Experience working with medical devices or electronic hardware/software interfacing
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills in both hardware and software
- Strong customer focus and clear communication skills
- QLD Driver’s Licence and full working rights in Australia (citizenship or PR)
- EPA licence/s preferred (but not essential)
