Key Responsibilities: Our Head of Client Partnerships – Healthcare & Pathology will be passionate about creating strategic business development opportunities (current and prospective clients) and delivering technical
recruitment solutions to key opinion leaders within Australia's Healthcare & Pathology sector.
Your role will see you working closely with the Managing Director to create and implement an effective business plan, a plan that you will focus on yourself whilst engaging with a highly skilled delivery team around you.
As Head of Client Partnership, you will be the principal contact for relationships with all our Healthcare & Pathology clients across Australia nationally. The main objective of your role will be to identify and present recruitment and work force planning partnership opportunities within the Healthcare sector. Sector focus will include public and private hospitals, Private Pathology, Allied Health organisations and similar clients within the Healthcare space.
- Promote KE Select’s comprehensive range of local and international recruitment partnering solutions to potential clients within your focus area.
- Headhunting and Recruiting for senior Healthcare positions
- Interact and engage in strategic partnerships to enhance our overall opportunity to supply contract, casual and permanent staffing solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee events aimed at strengthening relationships and promoting our services within the Healthcare community.
- Ensure that value is added to current clients and their business/organisation through the assessment of their recruitment systems and processes and their outsourcing options.
- Continually enhance and uphold the reputation and perception of KE Select through excellent planning, delivery, report writing, and day-to-day interactions with clients and other key stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Liaise with internal delivery teams as required, ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team.
- Be an active member of the KE Select Delivery Team and proactively engage with peers and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement in line with the KE Select standards of excellence, putting the clients first.
- Business planning, mapping out your client base whilst building a plan around increasing the overall opportunity to present partnership opportunities nationally.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to meet key deliverables, targets and client-focused agreements.
About You
To be successful in the role it is essential that you have the following experience
- At least 2 years experience in a similar recruitment-based role within the Medical or Healthcare space.
- A natural flare for business development and partnership-based networking.
- A professional communicator with an enthusiastic willingness to create business opportunities and build relationships
- Proven Recruitment professional who is not afraid to work closely with the team to achieve budgets and KPI's
- Seasoned recruiter who is passionate about the importance of headhunting and delivery
