About the Company Our client, a world leader in supporting science in Brisbane, specialising in clinical and commercial manufacturing is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team on a casual basis.
About the role: Reporting to the QA Manager, this role will be responsible for providing support on quality systems assisting the team in Engineering with equipment validation and ensuring compliance with all applicable cGMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Review and approval of the equipment validation documents
- Support with the process of deviations, CAPA and audit findings
- Document Control
- Updating SOPs and other documents to meet regulatory standards
- Management of the Quality Management System
- General quality assurance activities as required
- Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards
About You:
This is a casual position and ideally seeking someone who is looking to continue their development in a QA position.
- Demonstrated background and qualifications in a similar Quality Assurance position with qualifications in Science - Pharma/Clinical Science - Clinical/Pharmaceutical Science.
- Proven experience in a cGMP environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing
- Strong team player
- A proactive attitude with an initiative to identify and overcome practical problems
- Good communication to interact with colleagues and the teams about issues of a technical nature
