The Role

The Recruitment Consultant position is a highly regarded and vital in our organisation. It comes with varied responsibilities and objectives.
 
Based in our modern head office in Murarrie, Brisbane, the role will directly report to the Division Manager. You will work closely with the KE Select recruitment team to provide temporary, casual, and contract recruitment consultancy services to many current key accounts within the life science sector. Your role will see you focusing mainly on the GMP Manufacturing space. Your focused client group will include Biomanufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Food, Alternative Medicine and many more.
 
The role will see you adopt a busy desk. Our Recruitment consultant (GMP Manufacturing) will be offered a uniquely lucrative opportunity to hit the ground running. The Recruitment Consultant role requires optimal commitment, contributing to high levels of productivity and motivation within our team. This role requires you to focus strongly on client service and candidate care while contributing to and developing an active pool of key accounts. You will be responsible for sustaining growth with current accounts and developing new business opportunities within the GMP Manufacturing sector.
 
You will use your passion for clinical healthcare and technical knowledge to consult with clients and candidates within Australia’s growing GMP Manufacturing sector.
 
Key Responsibilities.
  • Candidate talent pooling and management (casuals, contractors and temporary employees)
  • Maintaining rosters and working with your client to ensure delivery and workforce planning is effective and productive.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns and networking events to increase your talent pool.
  • Client attraction strategies and quality lead generation within the GMP Manufacturing space
  • Key Account Management and Strategic Account Consultancy
  • Business Development and revenue growth, working with your
  • Working with your Division Manager to set personal targets and goals
  • Mentoring of junior consultants
  • Act as a trusted advisor within the Scientific team for all matters relating to recruitment systems, philosophies and values, processes and procedures.
  • Compiling detailed job briefs for advertising
  • Performing candidate screening and interviews
  • Compiling and sending / following up on application submissions
  • General administration and upkeep of KE Select CRM System
  • Further administration, including reference checking and ensuring that all due diligence has been performed and is up to date for all casuals and contractors operating under the Scientific Team.
What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about delivering a specialised professional, scientific service while partnering with candidates and clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to work successfully with senior client stakeholders within the Life Science market. The proven ability to maintain and develop a temporary/casual-focused recruitment desk is essential for this role.
