Territory Manager | Medical Aesthetics Devices
The CompanyThis organisation is a global market leader in the medical aesthetics device industry for over 25 years. They are privately owned and pride themselves on providing the highest quality and performing MedTech and equipment.
The Role In your role as Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of your sales territory. You will have complete control of the sales process and provide post-sales support for your clients.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Strategically target and develop new customer opportunities
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with new and existing customers
- Manage product promotional events
- Implement sales strategies and processes
- Facilitate equipment demonstrations and training
- Problem-solve technical issues
Your territory will cover NSW, and travel will be required along with occasional weekend work.
About You - Tertiary qualification in science or healthcare would be an advantage
- 1-2 years of experience selling capital equipment
- Experience in the Asethics industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication, and presentation skills
- A full driving licence is required and the ability to travel
