An experienced recruiter will first meet with the employer to understand the key requirements of the role, including the technical and behavioural capacities that go beyond the job description. KE Select will always take the time to understand the role and the unique requirements of the organization. The recruiter will develop a strategy to recruit and attract candidates for the role. Then, they will reach out to potential candidates and evaluate them based on the employer’s requirements.

From very on in the pandemic in 2020, KE Select were the single driving force in our ability to activate rapid response covid testing in community drive-through testing, emergency response testing in aged care, public housing and industry, as well as surge capacity in laboratory operations.
