Day 1: Self-Discovery and Market Insight (4 hours)

  • Participate in an interactive exploration of your personal strengths, interests, values and career aspirations led by a professional career coach. This exploratory session will progressively narrow in on the specific subdisciplines, sectors (e.g. government, industry, nonprofit, academia, etc.), and contexts in which your contributions are applied (e.g. technology, environment, medicine, etc.)

Industry Overview

  • Gain insights into sectors of interest, explore the current job market landscape, and learn effective strategies for navigating your career opportunities.

Online Profile Assessment

  • Receive a detailed review of your LinkedIn profile, CV, and overall online presence with actionable feedback for improvement.

LinkedIn Networking Strategies

  • Learn powerful networking techniques that will enhance your self-promotion and help you connect with industry leaders effectively.

Strategic Networking Education

  • Obtain tailored guidance aimed at building your network within your specific sector, along with strategic tips on how to leverage these connections.

Day 2: Strategic Planning and Skill Development (4 hours)

Industry Analysis & Opportunity Sourcing

  • Discover methods for sourcing and creating opportunities that align with your career objectives.

Interview Preparation & Training

  • Participate in intensive interview training that includes common questions, role-playing exercises, and feedback sessions to prepare you for professional and panel-based interviews.

Motivational Career Counselling

  • Engage in a motivational counselling session designed to build confidence, overcome barriers, and cultivate a strong success-oriented mindset.

Day 3: Practical Application and Executive Mentorship

  • Spend valuable time with KE Select's CEO and founder, gaining real-world insights and personalized guidance on navigating your career path.

Experience It (Optional)

  • Spend valuable time with an industry professional who can offer you additional career advice and the opportunity to ask some questions. This session will be will be conducted online and a mentor will be carefully chosen to suit your career plans
